Hair colour doesn't change what happens in a scene, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. What it changes is what you notice, and in amateur video what you notice is that most of it is dyed.

Roots show. Texture goes brittle at the ends. There's a specific shade of home-kit blonde that photographs slightly orange under a kitchen bulb and nobody in these videos is correcting for it, because nobody in these videos is colour-grading anything.
